Job Description


:Job Responsibilities

  • Key contact point to any complaint that relates to Plumbing services by end user or client.
  • Conduct routine Inspection and planned preventive maintenance for Civil Services as scheduled.
  • Assist Building Leader for day to day operation matters
  • Assist any other trade as and when required
  • Provide assistance to others maintenance team when needed
  • Supervise services contractor as and when required
  • Responsible for tools, equipment, PPE, spare parts and stock inventory
  • Assist Building leader on interaction and cooperates with vendor and client for operations matter
  • All other duties assigned from time to time by the supervisor and / or company
Job Requirements
  • High School Certificate / any certification in relevant area (Civil services)
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Civil/Plumbing Maintenance Services
  • Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Initiative, dedicated, willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure.
