Technician (production Maintenance)

Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to
install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according
to safety, preventative maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement
of the company's business goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates with Maintenance Assistant Manager to complete projects and work orders efficiently. Update new machine in list of new equipment's. Update and plan monthly machine preventive maintenance to avoid line breakdown. Weekly cleaning of extruder air filter. Daily checking all machine condition. Carry out fabrication work with superior approval. Setting up machine accessories before production. Maintaining a sufficient list of spare parts for an operation. Weekly inspection, cleaning on extruder machine especially at control panel, power supply and others control panel.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM 2 Years Experience as a technician An expertise in Mechanical such as welding MIG TIG. Expertise in Electrical on facilities and related in Extrusion system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
