TECHNICIAN, PRODUCTION
DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHDJOB DESCRIPTIONTECHNICIAN, PRODUCTION (PRODUCTION QUALITY)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide process engineering functions to ensure quality products & processes are easily and reliably assembled and tested.
• Record observations using problem-solving tools and issues during improvement activities.
• Generate and amend documents and programs in controlled manner as in standard operating procedure.
• Test the suitability of components and plan quality improvement activities.
• Implement changes to address quality and productivity issues related to product engineering.
• Report performance of product engineering function in achieving targets.
• Daily check and monitor PCB rejection rate and provide solutions to ensure all products are in good quality condition.
• Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting product engineering quality.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance.
• Ensure good 5S & Safety practices in the work area.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

TECHNICIAN, PROCESS (PRODUCTION)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Control and improve production processes to ensure quality products are built efficiently and delivered on time.
• Monitor and ensure high utilization of resources.
• Identify and propose methods to address factors affecting utilization.
• Conduct work and time study to standardize work content, work stations and cycle time for every product and process.
• Generate documents for standardization.
• Conduct waste analysis and propose methods of waste reduction in processes.
• Control processes as established in standard operating procedures
• Control straight pass performance.
• Report performance of process in achieving targets.
• Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting process performance.
• Ensure good 5S practice in work area.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance by all subordinates.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Reporting To: Engineer, ProductionRequirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Strong Technical and analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in Electronics.
• Computer literate and good computing skills.
• Willing to Work in Shah Alam.
