Job Description

Assist in overseeing all aspects of project for new restaurant build up, revamp restaurant, closure restaurant, maintaining restaurant's defects including planning, monitoring and controlling processes till handover to respective operators. Responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and within specifications and most importantly, quality work being done in projects. Act as a support role in performing variety of tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating all resources internally and externally and stakeholders; setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring the process effectiveness, summarizing for further process and enhancement and communicating the progress of the project and also handling and up-keeping the maintenance matters of restaurants. Assist in coordinating with related authority for business license application such as premise, signage, music, entertainment, etc. Ensure all licenses updated and renewed before its expiry date. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Building Maintenance & construction or other relevant professional certification. Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years' of working experiences in similar role, preferably in the F & B, hospitality or retail related industries. Possess sound knowledge in project management, including estimates, design and construction process, contract negotiation, and other store development knowledge to fulfil daily operation. Good team player with high integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills. Self-discipline, Self motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines. Possess good interpersonal skills to maintain relationship with various parties. Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all internal & external customers of the organization.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
