Assist and coordinate all work related to assembly, installation, support, maintenance, repair, and delivery of products or projects.
Provide on-site support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to software or hardware systems.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Prepare timely and detailed service documentation, including installation forms, job sheets, and summary reports.
Be available for on-call duties after working hours when required.
Ensure all work orders are executed and completed within the given timeline.
Stay updated with new technologies and attend workshops or training sessions as required.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management.
Skills / Experience
Diploma or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in on-site installation, repair, or a related technical field.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to travel and work outstation when required.
Must possess a valid car driving licence.
Must possess own transportation.
