Operate, monitor, and maintain rice packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Identify, diagnose, and rectify machine breakdowns or technical faults promptly.
Carry out minor repairs and coordinate with external service providers for major repairs when required.
Production Support:
Support daily packaging operations to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
Assist with machine setup, adjustment, and changeovers for different packaging requirements.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure machines are operated safely and in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Documentation & Team Support:
Maintain basic maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
Work closely with operators, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure smooth operations.
