Job Summary:

These technical responsibilities ensure that facilities remain operational, safe, and compliant while optimizing performance and cost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Plumbing Systems

:

Regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures. Maintaining water heaters, pumps, and water treatment equipment. Responding to leaks, blockages, and water quality issues.

2) Utility Monitoring:

Monitoring water and electricity usage to identify trends, leaks, or inefficiencies. Tracking energy consumption and ensuring efficient use of resources.

3) Routine Equipment Maintenance

:

Overseeing preventive maintenance programs Ensuring machinery operates efficiently and within manufacturer's specifications. Scheduling and conducting inspections to detect wear and prevent breakdowns.

4) Repairs and Replacements:

Timely replacement of malfunctioning parts Coordinating specialized repair work and liaising with third-party contractors.

5) Life-Cycle Management:

Assessing the useful life of equipment and planning for replacements and upgrades.

6) Building Structure and Integrity:

Conducting regular inspections of the building's structural elements (walls, roofs, floors, etc.). Overseeing repair work for damaged structures, roofs, or building facades. Managing projects related to building refurbishments, renovations, or extensions

7) Facility Assets:

Managing asset inventories and tracking the condition of major facility equipment. Ensuring timely maintenance and replacement of assets in accordance with life-cycle plans.

8) Health and Safety Standards:

Ensuring facilities meet occupational health and safety regulations. Implementing safety protocols for hazardous materials, emergency evacuations, and PPE usage.

9) Outsourced Services:

Managing external vendors for cleaning and specialized repairs.

10) Third-Party Inspections

:

Coordinating periodic inspections by external professionals (e.g., fire safety, HVAC, electrical systems).

Qualifications:

Minimum Electrical Cert or Diploma

Working Days & Hour:

5 days required to work on weekend / 9:30am to 6:30pm

SplashMania, Gamuda Cove, Dengkil.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
