KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Attending to customer complaint and rectify any breakdown related to common area & property defects - Routine maintenance schedule to be initiated for building equipment - Involve in building improvement plan and reduce repetition of same breakdown - Carry out random inspection on building equipment and carry out improvement plan and to perform maintenance check sheets and compilation - To perform repairing on machinery, equipment or appliances on the common area - To identify defects repair and raise report in case of needs for major maintenance repairs - To undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
