Main Duties and Responsibilities : Technician (Mechanical) is responsible to assist in maintaining utility infrastructure such as water or gas main, electrical grids heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system and other utility system The function of Technician (Mechanical) shall include, but not limited to the following :- 1) Assist in performing effective preventive maintenance serving of plant utilities such as air-conditioning, lighting, fire fighting system, gas, water and etc. 2) Assist in performing routine and non-routine utility maintenance schedules and activities 3) Assist in daily monitoring of the utility system in order to prevent any failure or workplace accidents 4)Assist in coordinating and supervising contractor/supplier in the execution of their duties to ensure maintenance services or equipment improvement project are accordance to the specification 5) Able to work odd hours in supporting maintenance, production activities and plant shutdown activities 6) Support plant equipment commisioning activities for any new installations as required 7) Assist in performing administrative tasks such as preparing PR, report writing, scheduling meeting, etc. 8) Completing any tasks assisgned by superior
