Install smart devices and test them to ensure they are working correctly
Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
Able to handle technical queries from customers.
Perform after sales service when required.
Educating the client on how to use smart devices
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
Fill out detailed reports, site monitoring sheets and keep records on services that have been performed.
