Objective of job Cooperate in ensuring the availability of production-supporting test equipment/systems
Principle activities

Implement and document maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment/test systems
Install and adjust the test adapters in test equipment; mount test adapters
Cooperate in the start-up of test equipment/systems in the production plant
Assemble test systems in concert with customer requirements and specifications (e.g. equipment technology specifications etc.)
Participate in the analysis of complex problems/errors
Cooperate in information flows within the involved specialist departments and to supervisors
Participate in the analysis and evaluation of local reports for the initiation of follow-up measures and activities
Create and forward reports to the corresponding units according to PT processes
Support and represent the local PT-service technicians
Support the local implementation of globally coordinated processes

Cooperate within the PT-service-concept according to the guidelines of Tooling Engineering (PT)
Install, repair, and 6s for clip test fixtures (Microswitch)
Assist supervisor for screwing device machines (MFU, Program, Installation and Troubleshooting)
Execute additional tasks according to the local agreements between PT-Service and plant
