Job description:

To provide in-house and on-site technical product support, installation, configure, and maintain service equipment and systems. Responsible for component assembly such as assemble mechanical and electronic components Understand and follow technical drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, and other relevant documentation to complete tasks accurately. Ensure for quality control which include Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet quality and performance standards, documenting any discrepancies or malfunctions. Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any assembly issues. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of protective gear and equipment. Assist in managing and tracking inventory levels of parts and components, notifying supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide feedback on potential improvements in assembly techniques or processes to increase efficiency and product quality. Prepare service report and site commissioning reports. Provide training and communicate with customers on preventive maintenance or calibration procedures. Providing technical training and guidance to junior or other staff, fostering their professional development. Character with initiative and capable to work independently and effectively. Any other may be assigned by the superior / management from time to time. Willing to travel outstation

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Tool & Die, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years working experience in related field. Able to work under minimum supervision Good communication and problem solving skills Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Required Skill(s): MS Office Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
