DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (GENERAL):

1. Fully responsible on daily routine check list.

2. Assist maintenance supervisor as and needed and do general check list on daily basis.

3. Assist Senior Maintenance on project work planning and arranging.

4. Follow up with external contractors during project work on going.

5. Plan and arranging daily work base on job assigned schedule given.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (SPECIFIC):

1. Commit and full respond to the job those delegates.

2. Assist senior maintenance base on work required.

3. Overall general maintenance work to be monitor and follow up.

4. Monitor on parts and keep inventory records.

5. Need to attend to hostel breakdown and keep records in order.

6. Get to know more in detail on Chiller and Shooter system

7. Service and repair split unit air condition as and when needed.

8. Individual owner-ship will give to take charge on floor duty

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
