Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform installations and setups of massage chairs at customer locations.

2. Conduct routine maintenance checks on massage chairs to ensure optimal performance.

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by customers regarding their massage chairs.

4. Repair and replace faulty components in massage chairs as needed.

5. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on operating their massage chairs.

6. Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

7. Stay informed about the latest massage chair technology and advancements in the industry.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and technical expertise to potential customers.

Job Requirement:

1. Proven experience as a technician in the field of electronic appliances or similar equipment.

2. Must have a valid passport and own transportation to travel to Singapore for technician duties.

3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

4. Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach

5. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment

Supplemental Pay:

Attendance Allowance KPI Allowance Commission pay

Location:

Lot 12507, Kilang No. 11, Jalan Industri 4, Kg. Baru Sungai Buloh, Seksyen U4, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (8:30am- 5:30pm)

Saturday (8:30am- 12:30pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
