Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the daily operation of production machines and equipment including its maintenance and processes. : - Set-up and calibrates SMT machines according to product specifications. - Operates SMT machines safely for daily production and ensure quality output. - Conducts checking of materials in the PRT to ensure correctness and value of the components. - Assists the Engineer in performing periodic preventive maintenance and ensure its good and safe working condition. - Monitors and inspect machine to identify any replacement, malfunctions and repairs. - Performs first level of troubleshooting as and when needed. - Trains new operators in SMT processes. - Works under the supervision of the Engineer to perform and complete the assigned duties. Job Requirements: - SPM/STPM or equivalent certificate. With Engineering background is advantageous. - At least 2 years related experience in PCBA setting. - Able to understand mechanical drawing and/or circuit diagram of multi-layer board and possess PCB troubleshooting skills. - Team player and has ability to communicate and interact with all concerned parties. - With positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
