Technician Solar (manufacturing)

Job Description
Responsibilities :
Responsible for solar and energy management activities in factory. Ensure solar system in factory is in working order. Maintain and monitor solar inverters are running smoothly. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to all related solar system equipment including thermal scanning. Ensure solar system Main Switch Board (MSB) in switch room is well maintained with proper documentation updated. Record and analyze rainfall data and do analysis on monthly solar generation data. Monitor and analyze daily, monthly and yearly solar generation through Smart Energy Management System (SEMS) Portal. Monitor and analyze daily, monthly and yearly electrical usage and other important data like Maximum Demand (MD), Power Factor, Voltage, kWh through online meter for future electrical energy management improvement. Able to handle thermal drone for solar panel inspection (aerial thermography).
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ SKM Level 2 or higher in electrical wiring. SEDA Malaysia Grid-Connected PV Systems Course for Wireman & Chargeman. Working at Height (WAH) certification. Minimum one year experience in plant / solar PV / electrical works.
