ViTrox is a design and manufacturing company that powers machine vision solutions for semiconductor and electronics packaging companies. From digitising manufacturing processes to scanning product defects, our products perform reliably at higher speeds and with greater precision.
Our manufacturing operations team is looking for an assembly technician to be part of the ViTrox experience and play a critical role in ensuring machine output.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, set up and buyoff the machine vision system
- Troubleshoot machine vision systems and support daily production operations
- Perform machine assembly, alignment and tuning
- Assist in project data collection and documentation
- Work with engineers for cost down, cycle time reduction and quality improvement projects
- Ensure the machine on-time delivery
- Perform daily 5S housekeeping practises in the production area
Key Qualifications
- Background in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics)
- Experience with good computer skills
- Flexible to work irregular hours depending on the production schedule
- Able to read and understand Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
- Vision system knowledge will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
