Job Responsibility Attend to installation job for audio-visual (AV) equipment\'s arranged by supervisor. Perform general diagnosis and maintenance on AV products from clients. Provide instruction and advice to clients on the usage & operation for the AV equipment\'s. Assists in technical set up involving in-house and business partners functions. Ensure all AV equipment\'s are functional in showroom for stakeholders demo. Job Requirements We are looking to recruit a dynamic and solution oriented audio-visual (AV) Technician to provide outstanding and innovative service. An AV Technician crucial responsibility is to conduct scheduled & critical maintenance service on various AV products. Also have the potential to provide installation services for AV equipment in a professional and efficient manner. Basic knowledge and background in AV maintenance and installation. Experienced in audio-visual products and services or other IT technical system related equipment\'s are added advantage. Exceptional in troubleshooting technical issues & customer support. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Owned automobile transportation and willing to travel. Possess GDL license will be a plus point.
