Job Description

Scope: - Perform minor repairing on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and any building services. - Ensure the building, facilities and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment are in good working condition. - Carry out preventive maintenance for all system inside shopping mall. - Make sure preventive maintenance/corrective maintenance on all building M&E equipment being planned and carried out as per schedule. - Check and rectify any breakdown to the best of knowledge and update the status to management. - Respond quickly in the event of emergency, notify appropriate personal and follow safety protocol. - Responsible for monthly inspection all system inside shopping mall. - Active member of activities related to fire drill, safety health and environment. - Supervise and coordinate outside vendor and contractor servicing and repairing job. - Working with another facility technician and organize the planning leave for running shift. - Monitor and update inventory spare part and tools for facility usage. - Perform any other duties as when required by the management. Requirements: - Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with knowledge in technical aspects i.e mechanical, electrical, electronic IT. - Previous work-related skills, knowledge and experience would be helpful. - Knowledge in basic administrative duties with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). - Pleasant personality with excellent grooming skills and PR skills. - Able to work shifts on weekends and Public Holidays. - Well-developed oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
