JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Provide technical guidance and support to the production operators with the aim of achieving the highest level of quality awareness among the operators. Perform daily monitoring, preventive, and corrective maintenance on every machine and equipments. Responds to emergency maintenance requests and machinery troubleshooting and repair as required. Maintain machine condition and efficiency to ensure smooth production operations. Plan and prepare for major maintenance schedule. Provide technical support to production in achieving daily targets. To initiate defect investigation & participate in quality improvement activities. To daily operate production machines, tools and equipments. To carry out inspection and repairing equipment. Ensure production activities meets targeted quality, productivity and specific standard Maintain a clean and safe working environment Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correct To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be organized, decisive, and able to work with minimal supervision Strong analytical and team problem solving skills required Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. Good convincing skills. Have determination and willing to learn.
