Job Description

To provide technical support in the upstream production processes by ensuring equipment readiness, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in achieving production targets with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment and machinery in the upstream area.

2) Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

3) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

4) Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and calibration as required.

5) Monitor equipment performance and escalate abnormalities to engineers or supervisors. 6) Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

7) Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.

8) Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and equipment reliability.

9) Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production schedules. 10) Participate in training and development programs to upgrade skills and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a production/manufacturing environment; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Basic mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills

Familiar with production machinery and tools Ability to read technical drawings or manuals Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Good teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements: Able to work in a factory environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
