The Technician is the owner of Technical availability of the equipment within area and is the person accountable to safely maintain, clean, inspect and lubricate the area according to standards. Actively eradicates losses and defects.

\xc2\xb7 To assist Process Engineer Utilities to ensure the safety of machinery structure in plant.

\xc2\xb7 To complete and record the monthly maintenance check list.

\xc2\xb7 To take care of plant facilities such as leakage of pneumatic air and water, building doors,

and piping jobs.

\xc2\xb7 To repair the pumps such as changing the mechanical seal, lubrication and greasing.

\xc2\xb7 Perform necessary maintenance for building and facilities.

\xc2\xb7 Routine inspection on all machinery as per schedule and non-schedule maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Sustain machine in good condition and the uptime of the equipment meeting the operational

goals of uptime, cost and yield.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in start-up and shut down activities.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance work required in plant.

\xc2\xb7 To complete any mechanical tasks assigned by Superior / Head of Department.

\xc2\xb7 To obey company rules and regulation.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and cleaning factory AHU & PAHU, Air Compressor, and Water Pump system and filter.

\xc2\xb7 Report to M&E Manager on AHU & PAHU, Air Compressor, and Water Pump system

• Technical certification or higher (as per local legislation).
• SPM
