Job Description

After-sales service technicians provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance, service and repair of the sold products. They take corrective actions to ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.
Greenseed Engineering Sdn Bhd & Group has established itself from Mechanical to Electrical engineering in Malaysia since 2012. Our core competencies are in design, supply, install and maintaining of Air Conditioning, specialize Gas Water Heating Technology, and supply Quality LED. As of now, we have three subsidiaries who are responsible in managing these services namely Greenseed M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd, Greenseed Engineering Sdn Bhd and Greenseed Lighting Sdn Bhd. With 9 years of mechanical and electrical experiences, we believe our priority is to fulfill the market demand by providing the highest level of professionalism for high quality services and customer satisfaction as we provide services to all business including homeowners. Additionally, we are setting our sight on expanding our footprints to serve more client in larger areas either in domestic, commercial, and industrial markets while maintain promoting the natural energy resources in the most efficient way. Today, Greenseed has served more than thousands of customers around Malaysia, and we are also certified by MyHijau to promote green and environmentally friendly product to consumer.
