Draw 1:1 scale drawing and proposal drawing for customer.T
Tooling knowledge support.
Tooling dimension communicate, calibration, data study and follow up with QA
To implement and improvement on 5S work.
To conduct workers training and production trial including monitoring activity.
Tubing adjustment / tuning according to drawing spec.
To ensure minor repair on machine and CF (inspection jig)
Preventive data monitoring.
Prepare CG, jigs and component design then processing through drawing.
Fabricate bending jig and CF referring the drawing
To conduct and do annual preventive maintenance for manual jigs.
Simulation study and fabricate delivery / stationary rack sample.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
Have basic knowledge of Welding process and welding inspection.
Have experience in automotive/ manufacturing environment.
Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa and English.
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Completed 2 doses of vaccination
