About The Job This position will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia and will report to the Thermal Team Leader, Service Operation. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting & repairing Alfa Lavals equipment such as Heat Exchange, Decanter & High-Speed Separator in Service Center & on-site as well. Key Responsibilities As the Technician your main tasks include: Execute servicing, troubleshooting & repairing Alfa Lavals equipment according to specifications at Service Center & on-site To prepare inspection/completion report and provide give technical recommendation To lead manpower and make sure service job completed within scheduled time frame Actively engaged in problem solving and suggest improvements for products and working procedures such as 5S to maintain safety quality in Service Centre & at site Profile \xef\x83\xbc You have about 2 years of experience in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and skills which able to weld thin material (1mm & below) & familiar with exotic materials. \xef\x83\xbc Able to travel extensively with own transport & valid driving license (up to 70% of the time on-site service/repair) \xef\x83\xbc Possesses good working attitude & willing to work extraordinarily when needed such as support welding repair for Decanter or High-Speed Separator \xef\x83\xbc Able to work independently with minimum supervision
