To perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine inspections.
To supervise service contractors to ensure that all services and mechanical and electrical installations are provided in accordance with the agreed service level.
Implementation, execution, and monitoring of all section facilities maintenance, installation, and repairs.
Attending to tenant\xe2\x80\x99s complaints, rectify and resolve the technical issues.
Requirements
Possess at least SPM/Vokasional Cert/STPM/Professional Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in maintenance of M & E systems and building facilities.
Good knowledge and hand-on skills in electrical and mechanical.
Be able to work under minimum supervision with sense of responsibility and urgency.
Willing to work on shift rotation schedule (24/7), weekends and public holiday
