Job Summary: As a Techno-Commercial Manager within our EPCC team for a process plant, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of technical and commercial aspects of the project. Your role is instrumental in delivering a fully functional and cost-effective process plant, meeting both technical and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Technical Assessment:

• Evaluate the technical aspects of the process plant design, ensuring it meets the required specifications, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify technical solutions, innovations, and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and quality standards.

Commercial Analysis:

• Conduct a comprehensive cost analysis, including procurement, construction, and commissioning costs.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and recommend strategies to enhance project profitability.
• Develop budgetary estimates and financial projections.

Market and Vendor Analysis:

• Perform market research to understand industry trends, available technologies, and potential suppliers.
• Evaluate and select vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers based on technical capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable commercial terms.

Project Management:

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team through all phases of the EPCC project, from initial concept to commissioning and handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to meet project milestones and financial targets.

Client Engagement:

• Engage with the client to understand their technical requirements, project goals, and financial constraints.
• Provide technical expertise, address client inquiries, and present commercial solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial documentation, including project specifications, proposals, technical reports, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, cost analyses, and performance metrics.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Ensure the project complies with industry-specific standards, safety regulations, environmental regulations, and any other applicable legal requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and codes that may impact the project\'s execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the EPCC process plant industry.
• Proven project management skills, particularly in EPCC projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of process plant-specific regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the EPCC sector, especially in process plant projects.
• Proficiency in managing the technical and commercial aspects of EPCC projects, from design to commissioning.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies specific to EPCC projects.
