The opportunity

EY is looking for a Associate Business Analyst to support the team in the execution of clients' assignments in the Insurance sector in the areas of:

Leverage information management and business intelligence to enhance decision-making in insurance operations. Analyse and design tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of insurance applications. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within insurance workflows. Play a key role in planning and executing technology initiatives that drive innovation in the insurance sector. Work with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals in the insurance industry.

Your key responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements to fully understand user needs. Identify process improvements and create documentation: BRDs, functional specifications, use cases. Work with IT teams to develop solutions that align with industry standards and meet business needs. Create test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements. Act as the main communication link between business units and IT.

Skills and attributes for success

Minimum 2 years of working experience in project management/business analysis, in the insurance industry. An effective communicator with strong people management skills. Ability to own and drive issues with the project team.
