We help our clients define the right technology strategy, justify their investments, chart their journeys as well as help communicate the strategy to C-suites and senior leadership teams to help them make the right strategic moves. You will be tasked to reimagine their operating models, architectures, governance, people, and organisation. Your key responsibilities:
Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies to guide the client through the business, information, process, and technology changes necessary to execute their strategies
Build the long-term strategic roadmap by performing and documenting gap analysis for all IT systems architecture to reach the target enterprise architecture (EA)
Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation, and development of enterprise long term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the enterprise\xe2\x80\x99s long-term business objectives
Develop qualitative and quantitative business cases and plans
Develop approaches to meet specific client goals and engagement needs
Research and continuously learn industry trends and technology trends. Summarise and distil information from the client\xe2\x80\x99s perspective and sector focus
Engage and justify to our clients the business and technology architecture required
Manage multi-disciplinary teams from diverse backgrounds (finance, supply chain, technology, cyber) to shape, propose, communicate, and implement programs
Mentor, coach and develop your team and our people
Contact point and relationship manager for senior leadership members from the client
Take the lead in identifying client challenges and propose appropriate approaches
Skills and attributes for success
Strong understanding in the business operations and domain
Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions with experience developing and building enterprise architecture based on proven frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Sector experience, preferred in telecommunications, Power & Utility or Consumer Retail sectors
Strong drive to excel professionally
Demonstrate strong teaming
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to respond positively and deliver under pressure
Dedicated, resourceful, analytical
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other relevant discipline
Preferably TOGAF (or equivalent) Certification
Total working experience of at least 10 years of experience, with client facing environments (internal or external customers)
Minimum 3 years on designing and supporting enterprise architecture
Strong business and professional written and communication skills in English
Real experience in working with business stakeholders, working, middle and senior levels to solve business problems.
Comfortable to be challenged
Effective at framing messages and decisions with clear and logical arguments in PowerPoint and written business documents
