What you\'ll do:

As a Tech Lead, you\'ll lead an interdisciplinary team that creates world-class data-driven solutions. You\'ll manage resource requirements, technical costs and project phases for team projects. You\'ll define and promote technical best practices, standards, and technical strategies within your data & engineering teams.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

\xef\x82\xb7Providing technical leadership and guidance to the technology and data teams.

\xef\x82\xb7Developing and implementing technical strategies, roadmaps, and plans to ensure our solution platforms remain scalable, reliable, and secure.

\xef\x82\xb7Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, strategy and business, to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.

\xef\x82\xb7Managing and mentoring the technology and data team, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

\xef\x82\xb7Developing & overseeing the design and implementation of technical solutions that achieve strategic growth for clients using data-driven insights.

\xef\x82\xb7Participating in the development of project plans and ensuring that technical deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

\xef\x82\xb7Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.

Qualifications

We\'re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

\xef\x82\xb7Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

. \xef\x82\xb77+ years of experience in technical roles, including software development, data engineering, data science or technical architecture.

\xef\x82\xb73+ years of experience managing technical teams.

\xef\x82\xb7Relevant experience with managing, building, or maintaining Data Platforms (CDPs, DMPs, etc) which typically include data integration, data quality, data governance, and data security.

\xef\x82\xb7Experience working with cross-industry clients and delivering technical solutions that meet their specific needs.

\xef\x82\xb7Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

\xef\x82\xb7Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.

\xef\x82\xb7Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

\xef\x82\xb7Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP or Azure.

\xef\x82\xb7Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.

\xef\x82\xb7Knowledge of with web security methodologies

\xef\x82\xb7Good team skills - you\'re diplomatic in negotiating and resolving conflicts.

\xef\x82\xb7Expertise in data science methods, including machine learning algorithms and AI, data mining, and data modeling. Proficiency in Python or R, SQL

\xef\x82\xb7Solid understanding of modern web development practices, particularly in the creation of web-based SaaS applications. Familiarity with both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.) and containerization tools (like Docker). Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, and web security best practices. Knowledgeable in scalable and accessible design principles.
