You should have prior experience in one or more of the following areas:

Technology Stack Understanding:

Comprehensive knowledge of the technology stack, from infrastructure to applications and business logic.

Architectural Proficiencies:

Experience with Business, Application, Security, Microservices, SOA, and API architectures.

Emerging Technologies:

A strong grasp of and passion for major technologies from legacy to emerging, such as IoT, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration.

Enterprise Architecture Tools:

Proficiency in using Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc.

Cloud-Based Solutions:

Experience in designing or building end-to-end cloud-based business solutions is highly desirable.

Project Delivery Lifecycle:

Practical experience in managing the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.

Governance and Process Design:

Skills in designing governance frameworks or processes.

IT Operating Model and Transformation:

Expertise in IT process excellence, operating model design, and transformation.

Technology Lifecycle Management:

Experience in lifecycle management of technology portfolios.

Industry Frameworks:

Exposure to industry frameworks like TOGAF, DODAF is desirable but not essential.

Industry Experience:

Practical industry expertise across sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining, and Resources is of interest. However, experience in equivalent domains is also highly valued.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Essential for foundational knowledge in technology and its practical applications. Experience in large scale consulting in roles that have demanded deep involvement in blend of strategic insight and practical industry application. This should include experience managing teams and projects within a consulting framework or innovative tech companies, demonstrating a capability to lead in dynamic, technology-driven environments. A strong desire to engage in and drive transformations that integrate cutting-edge technology with business processes. Deep knowledge of ongoing and emerging technology trends across IT and digital landscapes. Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication and presentations, capable of effectively articulating concepts and ideas to varied audiences. A fundamentally team-oriented approach to work, thriving in collaborative environments and contributing to team success. The capacity to develop and disseminate high-impact thought leadership that influences and guides the technology strategy community. * Ability to forge and sustain strong relationships both within the organization and with clients, essential for navigating the complexities of business transformation.
