Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Technology Transfer Engineer / Specialist Your Responsibilities Partners with existing process owners to incorporate lessons learned/BKM from the mother plant sites for an optimized manufacturing process Partners with the other teams in the identification of best practices in industry related to technology transfers, to create a competitive advantage in meeting the desired timeline Act as the interface for the next disruptive technologies in close collaboration with internal R&D and customers Continuous search and development of new technologies and processes for the next level of capabilities enhancement Lead the team in meeting customer\'s certification requirements for the next generation products, i.e. embedding, etc. Ensure appropriate resources are available and assign necessary support to all associated projects/programs Identify the required resources and responsibilities Assign the tasks within the departments/plant Make efficient use of the assigned resources Ensure getting the adequate support to ensure successful execution of the projects/programs Develops and builds team members to achieve defined goals Lead the coordination of several active projects/programs in parallel Ensure sound multiple projects/programs management Review project/programs performance post completion Ensure thorough understanding of customer\'s specifications and requirements Identify the gaps for the plant to meet the customer\'s specifications and requirements and drive the plant to close the gaps or for the customer to amend the requirements Liaise with various stakeholders to study the feasibility of participating on new projects/programs Your Profile Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar position, preferably in PCBA manufacturing/Semiconductor/ IC Substrate/ EMS Industry Technical background or Bachelor degree (Science/ Engineering or Equivalent) Subject matter expert in key process(es) for PCB/Substrate manufacturing Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to manage and develop cross-functional technical teams Familiarity with Design of Experiments, Quality by Design, Commonality Analysis and Quality Risk Management concepts commonly employed in high volume manufacturing industries Strong understanding of project management systems and tools is preferred Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage a multitude of technical projects Ability to work in a fast paced, complex and changing environment Excellent analytical, technical and strategic thinking skills and experiences Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.
