Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service requests, billing, technical support, and complaints.
Provide accurate information on telco products, services, promotions, and packages.
Troubleshoot common network, connectivity, and device-related issues or escalate to the relevant department.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service quality and professionalism.
Document and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet performance KPIs such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, processes, and product offerings.
