Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telco Customer Service Team. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats related to telco products and services - ensuring excellent customer experience and effective issue resolution.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails related to telco services (mobile, internet, billing, etc.).
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, plan information, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Promote telco products, plans, and add-on services when suitable.
Operation Hours
8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (based on shift schedule)Monday - Sunday8 working hours per day | 5 working days per week | 2 off days per week
Shift Schedule Examples:
  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Shift timing subject to operational requirements.
Working Location:
East Wing, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Kuala LumpurAccessible by Public Transport:
  • Bukit Bintang (MRT) - 5 mins walk
  • Imbi (Monorail) - 5 mins walk
