Job Description

Our client, one of the top leading MNC ICT Solution Provider is now seeking for talent who specialise in Telco Domain Function to join the team.Responsibilities:

  • Leading process discoveries at client end and identify potential transformation requirements / process simplification opportunities.
  • Experience in Product Rationalization in B2C and as a product owner for B2C Products.
  • Lead Due Diligence team of SMEs & process experts at Client location, Identify Client VOC & Pain Areas, Build Solution & Present to CXO level.
  • Draw & lead transformation delivery roadmap , present it to client and create customer buy-in.
  • Delivering end to end transformation program e.g. L2C, T2R, Issue to Resolution.
  • Experience in defining e2e customer journeys to drive digital transformation across multiple channels.
  • Responsible for customer communication and Customer satisfaction (NPS) during delivery of transformation projects.
  • Design and implement customer journeys, optimized end-to-end work-streams (including processes, tools, responsibility definitions and measures) to improve business management and performance.
  • Provide inputs around processes and deployment of reference models i.e. TMForum Frameworks, ITIL to Customers.
  • Deploy process improvement processes (Q2C, new product introduction) across the organization.
  • Ensure a unified process adoption around new product introduction and related risk assessment and minimize revenue leakages.
  • Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Lead Process Transformation & improvements projects.
  • Bring in thought leadership, coach teams in executing the projects.
  • 15-18 years of experience as Digital Process Consultant Preferably in Telecom Domain.
  • Educational: BE / B. Tech and MBA
  • Certifications: Six Sigma / Lean Certification, TM Forum Frameworks Level 2 or more certified.
  • Skills: Frameworks of Process Transformation & improvements projects, Data analyticsExperienced with Domain knowledge at Telecom Concepts across B2C, B2B line of Business.
  • Knowledge of COTS Products (ServiceNow, Salesforce & Processes across e2e customer journeys.
  • Excellent knowledge of Telecom Products and high level architecture.
  • Knowledge of Service Delivery, Assurance & Billing domains.
  • Excellent Oral & written communications.
  • Advanced Presentation skills.
  • Exposure of process value streams & ability to derive customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of BPM & process modelling tools.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Full-Time/ Contract position(s) available.
