Fun & Energetic Roadshow Environment

Job Responsibilities

Set up and manage roadshow booth according to company branding. Actively approach and engage customers to promote

Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband & Device Plans

. Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy. Handle product, service, billing, and warranty inquiries. Register and process customer requests: new line activation, SIM replacement, plan upgrades, and complaints. Provide guidance on telco features and mobile app usage. Distribute flyers, freebies, and assist in roadshow activities to attract crowds. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer requests. Ensure booth/service centre is professional, organized, and customer-friendly. Achieve sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification. Outgoing, energetic, and confident in approaching people. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales, roadshow, or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided). Able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotational off days).

Operation Hours

5 working days, 2 off days

(schedule based on rotation)

9:00am - 10:30pm

(follow mall operation hours)

Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,150 - RM2,500
