- Language Required : Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out) and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience fromindustriessuch as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
- Can start immediately or with short notice
The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing. What will you do as a telesales agent at Ekiwi?
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order accordingtothe data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed
- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to knowhowtofocus on needs and the customer\'s desire to be able to give accurate advice
- Selling skills, closing sales
- Ability to handle
- The ability to grasp customer psychology
- Ability to work independently and in a team
