Salary : RM 2000, Monthly incentive: RM750-RM4,000
Minimum Qualification : Diploma
Requirement : Minimum Diploma. SPM acceptable as long has call centre experience Job Scope :
- To make a phone calls to existing customers to reminding them, to pay monthly instalment payment.
- To update customers information and details in system.
- Advise customers to proceed with necessary action regarding pending payment.
- Assist customers for any enquiries related.
- To ensure you achieving daily calls made, as per listing providing by the banks. Working Days : Monday-Friday
Working Hours : - 8.45am-5.45pm - Friday 8:45am - 4:45pm
Contract : 12 months: (Renewable)
Location : Crystal Plaza (LRT Asia Jaya ) & Menara Tun HS Lee (LRT Masjid Jamek) Job Type: Contract
