JOB RESPONSIBILITY To call customers/clients to remind on payment for past due account To explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services To persuade, negotiate and work with customers/clients to make workable repayment arrangements To effectively follow up on promise to pay with customers/clients To work together as a team or individually to achieve the targets To perform any other duties or tasks in relation with this job.
