To acquire new customers and selling products and services (Telecommunication products).
Involved in sales programs and activities to increase product sales in achieving sales targets through analysis of market needs and demands. Sales programs involved are including events, store to store to acquire customers.
Responsible for upselling, migration & contract renewal activities from existing customers.
Provide professional advice and advisory services to customers in relation to any requests or needs to meet customer requirements.
Manage and explore any potential that can add value to existing customers in carrying out their daily operations.
Brand ambassador to Company's clients and responsible for maintaining a positive brand image when interacting with customers.
