Requirements:

  • Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
  • Proficient in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
  • Fluent in English is required for this role
  • Have no issue to work on Rotational Shift (11:30 - 20:30 / 20:30 - 5:30 / 5:00 - 14:00)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off days per week)
  • Able to start working on 19th June 2024
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.\xc2\xb7Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.\xc2\xb7Assist on solving common technical problems.\xc2\xb7Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
