TELCO installation process and work
Secure customer appointment & liase with partners closely to secure appointments where needed
Explain & set expectations on Product & terms and conditions on TELCO Installation
Willing to explore & adapt new ways to manage customer experience
Propose ideas to ensure enhanced service delivery, minimizing customer complaints.
Requirements
Must be at least 1 year experience
Must be able to speak Malay and English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
