Responsibilities

• Experience in telesales / Loan field.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Explaining products and answering customer's inquiries on the product
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, details, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Meeting sales target.
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
