Contact potential and existing customers by phone to describe products/services, highlight features and benefits, and persuade them to buy.
Lead Generation:
Identify and contact new prospective customers through databases, lists, or referrals to generate interest in products or services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage contact lists of prospective and existing clients, building rapport and fostering relationships.
Data Management:
Record customer information, responses, and transaction details accurately in a computer system or CRM database.
Customer Service:
Address customer questions, handle objections, resolve complaints, and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Gather data on customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
Sales Performance:
Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
After-Sales Support:
Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships, conduct satisfaction surveys, and identify opportunities for future sales.
Administrative Tasks:
Submit sales orders for processing, update customer records, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available products and services.
