1-3 years experience in Customer Service or TeleMarketer position is preffered.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Good communication and presentation skill is preffered.
Able to accept rejection/criticism and continually improve sales techniques.
Ability to promote product or services using persuasive language and techniques.
Assisting promotional activities with additional perks.
Flexible working hours and 5 days weekly job.
High tiered commission and incentive weekly and monthly.

Responsibilities

Work together with team member on the call floor to meet sales target and performance goals.
Maintained detailed records of incoming and outgoing calls and follow-up outcome.
Meet or exceed porjected Weekly and Monthly KPI.
Intercept and response to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy.
Accurately document the customer personal information for database purpose.
Persuasively engage customer into conversation to explain how our product will add value to their lives and meet their needs.
Ask relevant leading questions to understand customer needs and recommend best product or services for their purpose.
Monitor and responsive on social media platform.
