Promote the company's products and services with enthusiasm to drive sales.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare key documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and consignment notes.
Manage and update stock inventory records to ensure smooth ordering and availability.
Follow up with customers on orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is an added advantage).
Pleasant, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Excel / system data entry).
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
