The Responsibilities:
Support other team members as needed.
Achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer data.
Provide sales reports and analysis.
Build customer relationships and nurture leads.
Manage and qualify sales leads.
Develop in-depth product knowledge.
Follow up with interested customers.
Contact potential customers to inform them about our offerings.
Generate interest in our products and services.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Mandarin language will be an added advantage
Flexibility to work odd hours and on public holidays
Strong attention to detail
High energy and enthusiasm
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proficiency in web and electronic tools
Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
CRM system experience
SAP knowledge (a plus)
Will be working overnight shift (8PM to 5AM, Mon-Fri)
Fully working onsite in office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
