Job Description

We are an outsourced accounting, tax, company secretary and HR/ payroll form.
Mandatory Requirement: This is a telemarketing/ cold calling role for an outsourced accounting firm. You MUST possess basic accounting knowledge/ understanding of accounting terminologies, in order to talk to client.
This role is work from home and has flexible working schedule. This role is customer facing due to telemarketing or cold calling. However, there is no need to meet customer physically.
Suitable for stay home parents looking to re-enter the market. Non-Malaysian, retirees or students are welcomed to apply. This is not suitable for full timer seeking freelance night job or weekend job, as the telemarketing need to done between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Applicant should ideally spend 2 to 3 hours per day, though we understand that there may be occasional scheduling issues which applicant should clear during next working day.
Applicant must speak good English, and occasional Mandarin due to potential sales leads.
Applicant must have
1. their own laptop or tablet for opening the sales lead file for referencing during phone call. We can provide laptop for Penang applicants.
2. Good internet access for VOIP phone call
3. A decent phone for VOIP calls.

This is telemarketing or cold calling. You must be comfortable with sales pitching, and persuade potential clients to outsource their accounts and set up a physical meeting for us to meet them.
One of our research colleagues will prepare a list of potential sales lead for calling
.
Your task is to
1. cold call the companies to determine if they are open to outsource their bookkeeping, identity the accounting software that they use, identity owner or HR's name, email and direct contact number, and most importantly set up a meeting with the owner or HR manager for us.
2. Follow up with emails/ phone calls/ whatsapps to potential sales lead. In depth discussion will be carried out by us.
Remuneration:
RM20 per hour
Additional bonus will be given if we secure the client for our bookkeeping or software migration services.
