What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with car and motorcycle insurance renewals Provide clear explanations of product features, pricing, and promotions Prepare and send insurance quotations promptly via email Respond to customer inquiries professionally through calls and emails

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Computer literate and comfortable using online platforms Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
