  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Educational Background: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, or other local dialects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasive abilities, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection positively.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospects.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Answer queries, provide relevant information, and handle objections professionally.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects or existing customers to close sales or foster relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts and strategies.
  • Share customer feedback to help improve offerings and processes.
  • Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws when handling customer data.
